1. What data we collect

When you apply, you provide:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• the branch and course you chose (if any).

In addition, technical data may be collected automatically to run the website and measure advertising performance: pages you viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (based on IP address).

We do not ask for passport details, bank card numbers or other sensitive data through the website.

2. How we use the data

• to contact you and tell you about our courses;
• to enroll you in a suitable branch and group;
• to improve our services and measure advertising performance.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Where the data is stored

Applications are sent to the Center's private work group in Telegram. Only authorized Center staff can see them.

4. Third-party services

The website uses the following external services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) — to count page views and applications and to show ads. The Pixel uses cookies.
• Instagram — videos on the website are shown through Instagram.
• Google Maps — to show our branches on a map.
• Telegram — to deliver applications to the Center's staff.

5. Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. We use cookies through Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; this does not affect the main functions of the website.

6. Retention period

Application data is kept for as long as needed to contact you and organize your studies. After that it is deleted — or earlier, at your request.

7. Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”, you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• withdraw your consent to data processing.

8. Minors

For children under 16, we recommend that a parent or other legal guardian submits the application.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
